The Launceston to Lake St Clair route is particularly sought-after from May to September, ideal for embarking on the iconic Overland Track adventure, starting at Lake St Clair and concluding at Cradle Mountain. 

This allows you time to walk to Echo Point for the first night or you may prefer to stay in Derwent Bridge or Lake St Clair and start the next morning.. Alternatively, you can opt to take the ferry to Narcissus Hut. We will meet you at Cradle Mountain if you need to book a return journey and store any bags. We can store your bags if you're returning with us, and gas is available for sale on each bus. No payment is required when booking.
